Good Changes
It feels like the last week I have been focusing on the bad things that are happening. So I have decided to write about a few of the good things.
First of all I am cruising along on my August page. If I had not run out of the clear AB beads I am using for the background I might have been done by tomorrow. Here is how it is looking right now.
Then a few weeks back I had the pleasure of conversing through email with Louise Hill. As far as I am concerned she is a beading goddess. I can remember standing in front of the Bead Dreams display last year and drooling (TMI) over her pieces. So I was quite honored to end up on her blog, I was actually speechless, she must have thought I was a blubbering idiot.
Yesterday I received a call from the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. They invited me to be a part of their Holiday Show. Wow, another great honor.
Plus I have the best friends in the world. They have rallied around me during this stressful time. I am not worried about where or when I am moving. I know they will be right there holding my hand if need be. Thanks to you all, I hope to be there for you.
Well I think that will be all for today, oops except for this great quote from Auntie Mame "Life is a banquet and most poor suckers are starving". Words to live by!
